Our valuers conduct numerous valuations and asset appraisals a year for a wide variety of clients.

Some require written valuations to help in the administration of a company or before the liquidation sale of retail or other stock.

Other commercial clients are looking for advice about what will sell at auction and how much the goods might realise when sold.

Insolvency valuations and other appraisals can be done at clients' premises throughout the Midlands within 48 hours.

Sales.

Following the valuation, when instructed we conduct an auction sale either at our extensive salerooms in Birmingham (click here for location map) or off site at client’s premises.

We currently hold two 400-lot auctions of retail and commercial goods a month, with current clients including national plcs., certificated bailiffs, The West Midlands Police and many others.

All goods consigned to auction are sorted, catalogued, and sold in a manner that maximizes the items value. This is our aim throughout. Our sales are well advertised, and the auctions are often attended by over 150 trade and private buyers.
