Inspections and valuations for sale by auction are free and maybe done by appointment in your home.
We cover most sectors of the fine art, pictures, furniture, pottery and porcelain, silver, jewellery, and collectors markets. Our experienced valuers are upto date with current market developments and will be delighted to advise you.
This home visit service compliments our weekly free valuation service, when advice and an auction estimate can also be provided when goods are brought to our Ladywood Salerooms.
Valuation for Insurance.
A vast proportion of households do not insure their contents with sufficient cover. Many are insured for half the true value, and there are many with less cover. Obviously this can cause severe difficulties should a large claim arise and may even result in a much lower settlement figure.
We provide written valuations, which you can rely on. Our valuers keep themselves upto date and will assess the contents of the house so that should a claim be made the correct level of compensation will be paid.
